Hello! I am originally from Racine, Wisconsin. The summers are beautiful and the winters are all about snow and watching the Green Bay Packers. Yes, I own a cheesehead! I left Wisconsin to attend the University of Louisville on a soccer scholarship. I am a Card fan first and foremost (sorry all of you UK fans!). I graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Physical and Health Education. I then taught in Louisville for several years before accepting a position at Toyota Motor Manufacturing. I worked there for 7 years, met my husband, and started a family. I have a son who is 8 and girls who are 11 and 12. I continued my education and earned my Masters Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky. I also finished my Elementary Education certification at Asbury University at the same time. I have taught 2nd grade, 5th grade and physical education! I enjoy being around children! There is never a dull moment in Mrs. Eddy's classroom (lots of Eddycation!). I also enjoy volleyball, soccer, basketball, bicycling and swimming among many other things! My family and I travel and Geocache whenever possible. We try to visit the zoo in every city in which we stop. I truly enjoy the outdoors and am fortunate to have a running trail behind my neighborhood. It allows me the luxury of enjoying the beautiful horse farms while exercising. However, my favorite place to luxuriate is a nice sandy beach listening to the rhythm of the waves.
